WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

Things So Fine is open Monday to Thursday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM 

Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Our online store is open 24/7 for your convenience 

Queries that come in at the close of day on Friday (1:00 PM) will be responded to the following Monday by 10:00 AM. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? 

Canvases ship within 5-7 business days after the production of an order.

Frames are shipped within 6-9 business days after the production of an order.

Orders are shipped after approval by the customer. 

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes, if you live in the New York, you can make arrangements to have your order picked up.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If your item is damaged or delayed, let me know and I will try my utmost best to solve the issue.  

If I cannot, I will offer you a full refund.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY UPLOADED PHOTOS?

Once order is delivered and all payments are received. Images will be deleted within two weeks.  

All data is protected until all transactions are completed and are not shared, released, copied published or similar actions.
